Most people know of 3 home transactions a year. Lets assume one sold 2 homes a month last year to total 24 past clients. The following year one might have the opportunity to receive 72 referrals. The difficult part of gettin them to refer you is the trouble to stay in front of them consistantly on a personal level. Many companies have Real Estate Marketing tools to stay infront of them throughout the year my means of postcards, birthday cards, and Christmas Cards. This is the best way to receive referrals. But there still is a problem. A customer knows when the company mails cards and when the Realtor handwrites and signs them.

Maybe you enjoy the challenge of calling and closing leads and are very good at it. The vast majority of the people you talk to are not. This is a very difficult way to build a business - any business. That's why I don't buy leads to build my business anymore, I Buy CUSTOMERS. All successful businesses must have satisfied buying customers to survive. This is no different with a Network Marketing business. Being able to purchase people who have already been converted into buying CUSTOMERS is so much simpler. No longer is it necessary to spend money on business opportunity LEADS and try to convert them into buying customers or business partners.
