The following year one might have the opportunity to receive 72 referrals. The difficult part of gettin them to refer you is the trouble to stay in front of them consistantly on a personal level. Many companies have Real Estate Marketing tools to stay infront of them throughout the year my means of postcards, birthday cards, and Christmas Cards. This is the best way to receive referrals.
